Returns and Refunds Policy

REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Please choose carefully as we do not normally refund for change of mind.

We are happy to offer an exchange should you change your mind or purchase the wrong item. Please see Exchange for Change of Mind section below.

  

EXCHANGE FOR CHANGE OF MIND

Please CONTACT US within 14 days of receiving your order, if you would like to exchange your item. Please include your order number (which can be found on your invoice), the reason for exchange and your preferred item. We will contact you with further instructions prior to returning your purchase.

Items for exchange must be in original condition (i.e. unworn and with hangtags) and in the original packaging (i.e. box or bag) to qualify.

For change of mind, we ask that the purchaser organise and pay for the return of the item. No refunds will be provided for any incurred return delivery costs.

 

RETURNS

Items must be either dropped off to us or returned to us via tracked postage or courier.  Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us.  Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.  All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of redelivery to do so.  Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, you may be liable to cover the cost of sending a replacement product back to you.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please select your item carefully as may not be able to allow for cancellations once your order has been placed.  Contact us as soon as possible to cancel any orders.  Cancelling orders is per the discretion of Auto Extra.
